The unassuming magic of Meadowbank.

Station M is Ockham’s second boutique apartment building in Meadowbank, following the successful completion of Koa Flats in 2023, just around the corner.

Situated by a bush-fringed lagoon, Station M epitomises Meadowbank’s magic. This stunning, five-storey earth brick and decorative precast concrete building consists of just 14 spacious, light-filled apartments. All 14 apartments offer protected north or west views of Tāmaki Makaurau’s stunning waterways and dramatic landscape, with a magical sunset framing of the CBD to the west.

Taking inspiration from Ōrākei Basin, Station M comes with its own landscaped garden and pool.  With the Meadowbank train station on its doorstep, Station M is only two train stops (nine minutes) from the city centre’s vibrant waterfront and Britomart, Commercial Bay, the Viaduct, and Wynyard Quarter. Ōrākei Bay Village, an urban retail and hospitality wonder, is a short stroll across the Ōrākei Basin boardwalk. You’ll find fresh produce, wines and groceries at boutique grocer Farro, or you can grab coffee and delicious meals in a relaxed atmosphere at Ampersand Eatery. F45 caters to the gym-junkies, or the movie-buffs can see a film at luxury cinema Silky Otter.

Intimately connected to the best our city has to offer, at Station M you’ll enjoy the perfect home; simple, relaxed, low-maintenance living as it should be, with no traffic, no drama, and no worries.

Style and substance

Station M is the latest in a long line of Ockham developments, so we know what works – solid concrete and steel structures, earth brick cladding, double-glazing and air conditioning... it’s our trademark attention to detail that is the Ockham difference.

Station M’s perfectly patterned façade, using decorative precast concrete and terracotta-coloured brick, is beautiful, enduring, and low-maintenance, keeping ongoing costs to a minimum.

Apartment living is at its heart a social and connected way of life. We believe it is important, even in our smaller projects, to have a community commons, something shared by residents and used to gather and socialise. At Station M, the commons are an outdoor pool with deck flowing into a residents’ lounge with kitchenette.

Location

Tucked into the Ōrākei Basin, and just two train stops from the city, Meadowbank is a demure contender for Auckland’s Best-Kept Secret Award.

Replete with restored waterways and birdlife, awash with the most excellent eateries, Meadowbank is blooming. But even with the local buzz and downtown waterfront proximity, Meadowbank remains quiet and harmonious, a model of estuarine calm.
