Our 21st project is a celebration of durability, design and our commitment to community.

Marking our return to Great North Road – and to the greatest of neighbourhoods – The Feynman stands at the nexus of Grey Lynn, Ponsonby, K’ Road and Kingsland. The best of all worlds, here. Featuring 155 apartments – from studios right up to three bedrooms – this dashing development comes with an Ockhamish array of community facilities. We're talking not one, but two residents' lounges equipped with kitchens – along with a pool, a (small) aircraft-carrier-sized deck, sprawling gardens and several pergolas. Best of all, we've put all these features on the roof where all the residents can marvel at the views – to the east: the Sky Tower! To the west: the Waitakere Ranges! Below, the bustle of Ponsonby power walkers; beyond, the glimmering Waitematā.

The community facilities here will hold you at home but when you do step out, everything's on your doorstep. Grey Lynn, a seven-minute stroll down the road, is your local, and then all the glory of West Lynn just beyond that (one night at Freida’s will change your life). Fifteen minutes to the east lies the food, fashion and fabulousness of Ponsonby and K’ Road; the Kingsland strip lies just across Bond Street Bridge. This is the buzzy, cultural epicentre of Auckland.

Our 21st project, The Feynman is a celebration of durability, design and Ockham’s commitment to community. We’re super-proud of it and would love to tell you more.

How to Buy

Ockham style and substance

Think Ockham and you think brick. We want our builds to last for generations, so we choose materials that we trust and know will stand the test of time.

The bricks that adorn The Feynman’s façade reference the classic industrial buildings of Grey Lynn past. Timeless and enduring, low-maintenance brick keeps ongoing costs to a minimum. It also looks magnificent ... style and substance in sum. Read on!

Communal Facilities

It’s a signature Ockham move to place shared facilities on the roof — and with The Feynman’s sweeping outlook across Tāmaki Makaurau, we’ve made the absolute most of all that space, all that scenery, all that sky. Everyone will want to be up here.

Standing atop the grand ridge as Great North Road starts its long wend west, The Feynman is located at the nexus of so many good bits of the inner city, it’s hard to know where to turn first. Walk 10 minutes in any direction and you’ll find yourself somewhere — freethinking, artsy Grey Lynn just down the road, hip Kingsland a hop away over the Bond Street bridge, the worldly delights of Ponsonby and K’ Road a short skip towards town.
